We Are Back!

Over the last couple of weeks, we've been unable to update the site due to a hacking attempt made by somebody connected to the UTU plaintiffs.

It seems that instead of promoting the truth, they instead want to suppress it.

Fortunately, some of our friends in the law enforcement business have gotten involved in the matter. We're bursting with anticipation to find out who in the plaintiff's corner thought they could deny our LMRDA rights.

Who does Dave Murphy work for? On June 25 2002, he settled a FELA claim. On that day, he signed his seniority rights away and agreed not to return to work in any capacity at any place for any of the Railroads. UTU Constitution prevents him from being elected as a local chairman or delegate. Somehow he serves as General Chairman for employees on a railroad which he never had seniority BUT Futhey continues to pay his full H&W premiums as though he was a full time elected international officer. Thats right the international has been paying for his H&W premiums since Charlie Little. Is anybody paying attention?
