On June 25 2002, he settled a FELA claim. On that day, he signed his seniority rights away and agreed not to return to work in any capacity at any place for any of the Railroads. UTU Constitution prevents him from being elected as a local chairman or delegate. Somehow he serves as General Chairman for employees on a railroad which he never had seniority BUT Futhey continues to pay his full H&W premiums as though he was a full time elected international officer. Thats right the international has been paying for his H&W premiums since Charlie Little. Is anybody paying attention?Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
